Does 'fat burned' mean I lose that much body fat? Not directly. The fat percentage represents the estimated share of energy coming from fat during the session. Net fat loss depends on your overall calorie balance across the whole day.

Does a heated class burn more? Heat increases heart rate and perceived effort, which can raise calorie burn slightly. However, a large portion of the extra energy cost is thermal regulation, and the increased sweat does not mean fat is melting away.
